In order to make the check-by-email process quick and efficient, we have created this special web form where you may submit your check-by-email payment.

When we receive your check-by-email payment, we print a check draft which is deposited with our regular day's deposits. Your bank will handle this exactly as if it were a check you wrote. You will even receive our check draft with the rest of your checks in your monthly statement (or by whatever means your bank delivers your cancelled checks).

If you are concerned about security, it is important to realize that the information you provide below is the exact same information that is contained on any check that you write - by submitting this form you are not providing us with any information we wouldn't have obtained simply by receiving your check in the mail.

Please note that a check-by-email can only be submitted for checks drawn on U.S. banks. We cannot issue a bank draft from a non-U.S. bank. This payment may be processed electronicaly, in which case your bank would not return the cancelled check.
